Overview of Anodic Oxidation Process of Aluminum Plate


In recent years, the surface treatment technology of aluminum plate, aluminum plastic plate and honeycomb plate has a tendency to develop towards anodic oxidation. For the anodic oxidation treatment of aluminum plate, aluminum plastic plate and honeycomb plate, attention should be paid to the uniformity of anodic oxidation film thickness, color uniformity and reproducibility . In order to ensure the uniformity of anodized film thickness, color uniformity reproducibility, the chemical composition and anodized production process of aluminum alloy must be strictly controlled.

1.Strictly control the casting production process. The ingot chemical composition control range must be as small as possible, and the chemical composition must be uniform. In addition, the smelting process, casting process and homogenization process must be strictly implemented.

2. Choose the appropriate fixture. Fixture material must ensure good electrical conductivity, generally choose copper or copper alloy fixture. The used special or universal fixture must be removed to ensure good contact if it is used again during anodic oxidation treatment.

3. Strictly control the anodic oxidation temperature. From the mechanism of anodic oxidation film formation, it can be seen that when the anodic oxidation temperature is low, the oxide film formed is dense and the porosity is small. With the increase of anodic oxidation temperature, the oxide film gradually becomes loose, the porosity gradually becomes larger, and the color of the film gradually becomes darker with the increase of temperature. Therefore, the anodic oxidation temperature is an important factor to determine the density of the oxide film, and also an important factor to determine the color uniformity of the oxide film.

(4) High fire resistance: pure metal products, no paint and any chemical substances on the surface, 600 degrees high temperature does not burn, does not produce toxic gas, in line with the requirements of fire protection and environmental protection.

(5) Strong stain resistance: no fingerprints, there will be stains, easy to clean, no corrosion spots.

(6) Strong applicability: wide use, suitable for metal aluminum ceiling, curtain wall aluminum plate, aluminum plastic panel, fire prevention board, honeycomb aluminum plate, aluminum veneer, electrical panel, cabinet panel, furniture panel and so on.
